In the Spur
In the Spur explores courage as an instinct, a sudden surge that pushes us to act despite fear, danger or uncertainty. It captures that instinctive pulse: the moment when strength overtakes hesitation, when the body and the mind remember how to stand tall.
Through five ceramic forms, the emotional topography of courage unfolds with its tremors, ruptures and quiet recoveries. Clay, with its fragility and steadfastness, becomes both witness and vessel.
In a landscape marked by collective trauma and silence, In the Spur speaks to the courage of persistence, the will to move forward, rebuild and remain visible. These works transform the fleeting impulse of bravery into form, gesture and memory, holding space for the strength that rises from within.

Fragments of Time
This porcelain mural installation explores separation, longing and reunion through a two-part narrative. The first part draws on old-fashioned calendars, each rendered in a distinct style to capture shifting moods and states of mind; these calendars engage in a silent dialogue on waiting and missing. The second part brings reunion to life through movement, varied textures and text woven with memory and storytelling. Together, these fragments of time shape the essence of life itself, transforming absence into connection.
