Dana Kamal
Dubai-based ceramic artist known for monochrome, nature-inspired porcelain sculptures. Born in Lebanon and raised in Jordan, she trained in architecture and design. Founder of D Bloom Bird Ceramics and two-time recipient of the Dubai Ceramic Award, she has exhibited at SIKKA and been commissioned for projects including Marsa Al Arab and Royal Atlantis
Coalescence
Coalescence takes its name from the process of separate elements merging into a new whole. Inspired by desert rose crystal formations, the work reflects on belonging as something that emerges through relation rather than isolation. What appears whole is held together by the presence of others.
