Maitha Alhouli
UAE-based artist pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of the Arts Sharjah, working across ceramics, painting and printmaking. Her material-driven practice explores tension, restraint and the physical traces of pressure through abstract organic forms. She took part in SIKKA Art & Design Festival 2026.
Vein of Silence
Some feelings are hard to name. They stay with us quietly, sometimes without our knowing where they came from or why they are still there. Vein of Silence comes from thinking about those emotions we carry but do not always share: the strange space between feeling something and being able to explain it.
