Emirati ceramic artist and founder of House of Clay, Dubai, one of the UAE’s significant platforms for ceramic art: a studio, a community and a cultural argument for the relevance of ancient making practices today. Her work draws on the ceramic heritage of the UAE and the wider Arab world, translating ancestral knowledge into contemporary forms.
